Eat Right For Your Health - Specially Formulated For Your Blood Type

Many food lectins have characteristics that are close enough to a certain blood antigen to make it an enemy to another.

For example, milk has B-like qualities, if a person with Type A blood drinks it, their system will immediately start the agglutinating process and reject it. The process can bring the imbalances in your digestion, metabolism and immune system.

It was in the early 90's that World Health Organization (WHO) was working on the correlation between blood groups and certain diseases and found that peptic ulcer, a condition often related to the amount of stomach acid levels was reported to be more common in people with Type O blood while stomach cancer with Type A blood.

Good and Bad about Lectins:

GOOD: Agglutinate with other germs and harmful invaders for proper removal by the immune systems. This happens when cancer cells or a population of pathogens forced to stick together for better disposal by natural defense system.

BAD: Food that renders beneficial for one blood type may be an enemy to other type. Agglutination in long term will cause chronic problems such as diseases and complications to organs late in life.

Research also confirmed that eating the right food can:
